Return Policy

Warranties:


Warranties differ by product and are provided by the various manufacturers.

If you have a question about the warranties for a particular product, contact us by phone 888-313-2284 or email us. Our products are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, please consult the manufacturer's warranty information that was packaged with your product. If your product did not come with a statement of warranty, please contact customer service for assistance.

As always, our customer service department is glad to answer any additional warranty questions you may have. Contact them via e-mail or at 888-313-2284.

Returns:


The return policy depends on whether the merchandise is defective or non-defective.

Defective Merchandise:


If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us within five working days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you. Keep all boxes and packing material for inspection. Claims for lost items or damaged items after 7 working days will not be recognized. Upon receipt of items shipped via common carrier, such as tubs, inspect the crate for damage immediately. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and contact us promptly.

OHB, LLC’s warranty does not include any coverage for downtime expense or any other expense incurred by the customer as a result of a defective product.

Non-Defective Merchandise:


Products may be returned within 30 days of your receipt. Returns must be sent in original packaging, including the box and packing materials. Items that have torn or marked boxes will not be accepted. Items scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged because of insecure packing will not be eligible for return. Avoid excessive markings to the box and use packaging tape, not duct tape, to reseal the box. A 20% restocking charge applies with freight prepaid to our warehouse.

You must call our office at 1-888-313-2284 for RGA approval. No credit or refunds will be given without RGA approval.

On some products (very few) we cannot accept returns. These are noted in the product description. Please call if there are any questions.

We are sorry but any returns that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for refund or credit.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items



Items that involve custom work or painting at the time of sale are not returnable.

Tubs and special order items not listed in our catalog or on our web site are not returnable.

Items that have been installed are not returnable. If an installed part is defective, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to return the part. (Installation must be done by a qualified, licensed professional.) Once the part is received, we will repair or replace the part at our discretion. Refunds will not be given for defective parts.

Timing of Credit:


Refunds are issued weekly. It usually takes one to two weeks for a credit card company to credit your account. Please allow time for that processing.

Legal Disclaimer


OHB, LLC. shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability, whether in contract, tort, under warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the product(s) or part on which such liability is based. You agree by the purchase of any product that any legal action will take place in Common Pleas Court, Warren County, Ohio.
