Return Policy
Warranties:
Warranties differ by product and are provided by the various manufacturers.
If you have a question about the warranties for a particular product, contact us by phone (1-888-313-2284) or email customerservice@ohbath.com.
Returns:
The return policy depends on whether the merchandise is defective of non-defective.
Defective Merchandise:
This shouldn't be a problem, since we sell the highest quality kitchen and bath supplies. However, if the exception occurs, please call 1-888-313-2284 to arrange for return and replacement. All claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
We do not issue cash refunds or credits on defective merchandise. We will replace the defective merchandise with like merchandise.
Non-Defective Merchandise:
Products may be returned within 30 days of your receipt in the original boxes and in new condition. A 20% restocking charge applies with freight prepaid to our warehouse.
You must call our office at 1-888-313-2284 for RGA approval. No credit or refunds will be given without RGA approval.
On some products (very few) we cannot accept returns. These are noted in the product description. Please call if there are any questions.
We are sorry but any returns that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for refund or credit.

Our liability, whether in contract, tort, under warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the product(s) or part on which such liability is based. |
